Question: How Much Am I Going To Pay for Shipping?

Answer: Shipping Rates are $2.99 for both Domestic and International Zones. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $30!

Question: How Long Will Shipping Take?

Answer: Orders typically take up to 1 business day to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 4 days. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping tracking number when your order ships.

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS ePacket
For the remaining countries, orders will be shipped via ePacket

  • Transit Time: 8 - 16 Business days to: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States
  • Transit Time: 10 - 45 Business days to Remaining Countries

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time, the responsibility for the delivery issue is from the shipping company.

Question: Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

Answer: Yes. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number with a link to track your purchase.

Question: I Ordered More Than 1 Item, But I Have Only Received One Item, Why Is That So?

Answer: We do our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

Question: I Placed An Order But I Didn't Receive A Confirmation Email... What Is Going On?

Answer: Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

Question: I Want To Change My Order/Address, Can I Do So?

Answer: Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, HOWEVER, we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. In that case, you can send the wrong item to our address and once received we can send out a corrected item.
